Women's Fitness Specialist

With 6 years of experience in health and fitness, I bring a well-rounded skill set in coaching, program design, and client development. I completed an internship with the strength and conditioning program at Frostburg State University, where I gained hands-on experience working with athletes in a performance-driven environment.
 

I am a Certified Functional Strength Coach and Women’s Fitness Specialist, allowing me to design effective, individualized programs that support both performance, prenatal and post-partum health, and long-term health for adults and athletes.
 

My background also includes working in multiple roles within a gym setting, including strength and conditioning coach, as well as contributing to sales and operations as part of the leadership team. This experience allows me to not only deliver results-driven training but also create a positive and supportive environment for every client.
 

At the core of my work is a strong passion for serving others helping individuals build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that improve quality of life.

2x/Week: $114/Weekly

3x/Week: $170/Weekly

Our Semi-Private Training program is a structured four-week coaching experience designed to deliver personalized results within a supportive small-group environment. You will begin with a comprehensive initial evaluation to assess current fitness levels, movement quality, and individual goals.

Training sessions are limited to a maximum of four participants, allowing for individualized programming and focused coaching while maintaining the motivation and camaraderie of a group setting.

1:1 Personal Training

Pricing:

1x/Week: $82/Weekly

2x/Week: $165/Weekly

3x/Week: $247/Weekly

Every workout is designed specifically for the individual based on their age, fitness level, injuries, goals (strength, weight loss, mobility, etc.), and lifestyle. Nothing is “one size fits all.”
