Education:

• Must be licensed in the state of MD

Some of your duties will include:

• Collaborate with the physical therapist to develop individualized treatment plans for patients

• Provide treatment to patients with various musculoskeletal conditions and injuries by implementing therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed by the physical therapist

• Monitor and appropriately document patient progress during treatment sessions 

• Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, peers, and referring physicians

• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as a part of a team

• Physical stamina and dexterity to assist patients with exercises and perform manual therapy techniques

• Attention to detail in documenting patient progress and treatment plans
