GIVING BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY
At Leadbetter Hand and Physical Therapy, we encourage our staff to give back in anyway they can. Please check out our ongoing commitments to the greater Frederick community.
WE ARE PROUD TO SPONSOR OUR LOCAL ATHLETES !
ITD Baseball
Leadbetter Hand and Physical Therapy is proud to provide on field and indoor team training provided by our Physical Therapists. We support ITD teams by providing: Pre-season assessments for each player, development of individualized age- specific strength and conditioning programs, game and practice warm up for arm-care, on field injury assessment and treatment facilitation, and ongoing injury prevention support and education for coaches, players, and their parents.
Local Blood Drive
In times of crisis and need, donating blood is the easiest way to support your local medical community.
We donate all of our retired towels to Frederick Humane Society in Frederick, MD. This keeps our furry friends warm and reduces the waste at Leadbetter Rehab.
EDUCATION IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS
Youth Injury Prevention is PRIORITY at Leadbetter Rehabilitation. As more research and technology becomes available, it's important to us to share this knowledge with the parents, coaches, and teachers in our community. Jason's article on Youth Injury Prevention in Frederick's Child Magazine is a must read!
